Renew your commitment to Yourself ! …

Resurrection: It is the revitalization or revival of something ~ 

Isn’t it time to open up to the possibility there may be something more than what you are accepting now ?

 

 

How do we get in tune and resonate with a life we truly love?

I have found there are a few steps that are quite necessary to change your existence and revive your heart :

• Movement 

Take a step , walk , dance , just moving changes your vibration , your spirit and creates a flow of energy .

• Change 

Change your thoughts , its easy to wallow in your unhappiness but when you make a choice to be happy …you start to feel happy and so much more wonderful surprises are possible. 

• Pray 

When you pray , you are connecting to the Divine and you are in a safe space to receive .

• Forgive

Forgive  those who have caused you pain , you are the only one suffering by holding on , so set yourself free by forgiving . 

• Meditate 

 There are so many jewels that can be found in the silence and it brings peace and heals the heart . 

• Gratitude 

 Look around and be grateful for all the beauty in your life , even if its just a nice cup of tea , a beautiful sky or a flower , life seems to multiply goodness when you are grateful ..

• Trust in God

There is a plan for all of us and God sends us signs, people and nudges as to a new direction, but you must listen to the guidance and act . 

 

• Action 

Taking action is a must. Too often we sit and wait for the miracle to occur , but you are the miracle and 

I have found in my own life when God gives me a new direction , I must take action , even if I do not feel like it.

Life then shifts and changes and I guarantee you will feel revitalized and proud of yourself because you did it and you did it with God !

  During this  Easter season , be born again to the life you truly want . 

Its time to invest in you , you are a child of God and are very special !
