You be the Light …..guide those in darkness

Peace is the Answer :

What I have noticed in the past few months ,  as we are headed towards the Ascension , our light is burning brighter and it is our path to lift up those around us  who are seeking , who are down . It is up to us to take the higher ground , to live a life of peace and ask the Angels help .

We can do that  in meditation , and in no judgement , and in finding joy in the little things . Seems so easy , no its not . I ask you to make a commitment to yourself .

For when you open your heart and mind and spirit to the joys of life , you do find peace .

My Guided Meditation group has done much exploration within themselves and I believe have found peace , if only for a short while , but we need to keep that peace alive within ourselves , it is imperative, not just for ourselves but also for the entire world.

I would like to offer a personal guided meditation, specifically for your needs , that will focus on whatever you need , one on one .

I find when we see the block and clear it and feel and see  the support from the Angels , new doors open in our heart .

I am here when you need me .

    Judy Toma is a little plain. You should peek at Yahoo’s front page and see how they create news titles to get
    viewers to open the links. You might add a related video or a picture or two to grab readers interested about
    everything’ve got to say. In my opinion, it might make
    your posts a little bit more interesting.
